Configure provider/model, run provider test, set channel behavior policies, save prompt snapshot, restore prompt version, and show AI QA log.

## 5:20 - 6:30 Widget And Knowledge

Create widget, load first knowledge source, run diagnostics, trigger a cited answer, then trigger low-confidence handoff.

Configure IMAP/SMTP or OAuth mailbox, map folders, run connection test, poll mailbox, dedupe message, send agent SMTP reply with threading headers.

Configure WhatsApp/Twilio webhook, Telegram webhook secret, Slack events URL, Slack OAuth callback, inbound message, outbound reply, and delivery status.

Enter Envato token and item ID, verify valid/expired/refunded/failed demo codes, show sidebar result and required-code ticket setting.

Install or inspect Universal JS SDK, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Perfex CRM, and WHMCS packages. Show required scopes, connection tests, fixtures, screenshots, docs, and ZIP downloads.

## 12:30 - 13:30 Agent PWA Push

Open Agent PWA, enable push, subscribe browser, set preferences/quiet hours, trigger assignment/mention/reminder notification.

## 13:30 - 14:30 Enterprise Ops

Show audit logs, rate-limit counters, blocked request logs, workspace exports, webhook signing docs, and security summaries.

## 14:30 - 15:00 Demo Reset And Close

Run demo reset, open `/demo`, start the buyer tour, and show that public docs/screenshots/scripts are included.
